"This isn’t an issue with the gift card but rather with the Boston Scally website itself. I sent my husband the link to the gift card but when he clicked on it it just opened the site without transferring the long gift card code. He had to enter it manually. Then since he was trying to order the Kris Kringle before it was sold out, he missed the cyber sale 25% discount. Why offer these discounts if you don’t make it easier to use them. He could have gotten an extra hat with what he missed. He has been a loyal long time customer on a limited income too. Heaven forbid he’s able to save once in a while."
